PRICING

DESPITE OUR CAREFUL ATTENTION TO PRICING, AN ITEM COULD BE MIS-PRICED INADVERTENTLY. IF AN ITEM’S CORRECT PRICE IS LOWER THAN OUR QUOTED PRICE, WE WILL CHARGE THE LOWER (CORRECT) AMOUNT AND DELIVER THE ITEM TO YOU. IF AN ITEM’S CORRECT PRICE IS HIGHER THAN OUR QUOTED PRICE, WE SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ANY SUCH ORDERS WHETHER OR NOT THE ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AND YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGED. HOWEVER, WE MIGHT AT OUR DISCRETION DECIDE TO HONOUR THE LOWER (INCORRECT) PRICE AND SEND THE ITEM IN ORDER NOT TO CAUSE YOU INCONVENIENCE.

SHIPPING

THE FIXED PRICE OF £10+VAT PER SHIPMENT IS ONLY APPLICABLE ON SHIPMENTS TO THE UK MAINLAND UP TO 30KGS. FOR OTHER DESTINATIONS PLEASE CALL.

WE AIM TO DELIVER STOCK ITEMS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF A VALID ORDER BEING PLACED BUT RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DELIVERY WITHIN 30 DAYS. WE AIM TO KEEP YOU INFORMED OF LIKELY DELAYS TO ANY ORDER.
WE USE A VARIETY OF COURIER HOWEVER ALL OF THEM UTILISE A TRACKING AND PROOF OF DELIVERY SYSTEM AND ORDERS CAN BE TRACKED VIA THE DETAILS THAT WILL BE EMAILED YOU ON SHIPMENT.

RETURNS

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD GOODS BE RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION. WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED A SIMPLE RETURNS PROCEDURE BUT TO ENSURE THAT GOODS ARE RETURNED AND PROCESSED IN THE QUICKEST POSSIBLE TIME PLEASE ENSURE THAT THIS PROCEDURE IS FOLLOWED.
BEFORE ARRANGING TO RETURN ANY GOODS FOR ANY REASON A RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION) NUMBER SHOULD BE OBTAINED THIS CAN BE DONE BY FIRSTLY EMAILING support@aclasstechnology.COm YOU WILL THEN BE EMAILED A RMA FORM THAT SHOULD BE FULLY COMPLETED AND EITHER FAXED OR EMAILED BACK. ON RECIEPT AND CHECKING OF THIS FROM AND SHOULD THE GOODS BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR THEN A RMA NUMBER WILL BE ISSUED. THIS NUMBER SHOULD BE ENTERED ON THE FORM AND PLACED WITH THE GOODS IN SUITABLE PACKAGING. THE SAME RMA NUMBER SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. THE PARCEL SHOULD THEN BE DELIVERED, AT YOUR EXPENSE, TO THE ADDRESS ON THE RMA FORM.

ONCE THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN CHECKED EITHER A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE ARRANGED AND THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU WITHIN 28 DAYS.

IF NO FAULT IS FOUND THEN WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE AN INSPECTION FEE AND CARRIAGE CHARGE BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM.

YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2013

YOU MAY CANCEL THE CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2013 BY NOTIFYING US NO LATER THAN 14 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER WE DELIVER THE GOODS THAT YOU ARE CANCELLING THE CONTRACT.

IF YOU CANCEL THE CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2013, YOU MUST TAKE REASONABLE CARE OF THE GOODS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVE THEM UNTIL YOU RETURN THEM TO US. WE HAVE A RIGHT TO DEDUCT MONIES FROM REFUNDS WHERE GOODS SHOW SIGNS OF UNREASONABLE USE LEADING TO DIMINISHED VALUE. WE CANNOT USUALLY DEDUCT FOR REMOVAL OF PACKAGING TO INSPECT THE ITEM, BUT WE CAN DEDUCT FOR DAMAGE OR WEAR AND TEAR WHERE THE ITEM HAS NOT JUST BEEN CHECKED BUT USED.

IF YOU CANCEL THE CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2013 YOU MUST RETURN THE GOODS TO US AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO INFO@SOUNDFIELDS.CO.UK  EXPLAINING THE REASONS AND ANY FURTHER DETAILS YOU MAY FEEL ARE NECESSARY.

RETURNING GOODS – GENERAL

WHEN YOU RETURN GOODS TO US FOR ANY REASON (FOR EXAMPLE BECAUSE YOU HAVE CANCELLED THE CONTRACT UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS OR BECAUSE YOU THINK THEY ARE DEFECTIVE GOODS):
•YOU MUST ENSURE THAT THEY ARE PROPERLY AND SECURELY PACKAGED AND LABELLED WITH OUR ADDRESS;
•YOU ARE ALWAYS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE IN TRANSIT THAT IS DUE TO INCORRECT OR INADEQUATE PACKAGING BY YOU; AND
•YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT WHERE YOU ARRANGE THE TRANSPORT (RATHER THAN USING OUR COURIER).
